Change supplier identifier

Steps to Change a Supplier Identifier

  1. Open the company settings From your Claimlane inbox, click the four-square icon in the top navigation bar, then select Manage Company.

  2. Find your supplier In the left-hand menu, go to Suppliers → Overview. Locate the supplier you want to update and click Supplier Information.

  3. Edit the supplier identifier Click Edit Supplier Identifier, enter the new ID, and confirm by clicking Change Identifier.

That’s it! Your supplier identifier has now been successfully updated.
