Go to **Settings** -> **Members**. 2. Find the user you want to deactivate. 3. Click the menu icon next to their name and select **Deactivate User**.## Deactivating B2B Brands 1. Go to **Settings** -> **Brands**. 2. Toggle off the brand's active status or select **Deactivate**.## Deactivating Portals 1. Go to **Settings** -> **Self-service portals**. 2. Select the portal and update its visibility state to **Disabled/Deactivated**.
