This guide will show you how to update your personal settings in Claimlane. These settings are specific to your user profile (not the overall account) and include details such as your name, phone number.
Follow these steps to update your personal profile information in Claimlane.
From your main Claimlane inbox, click your store or account name in the top-right corner.
Select Administer account from the menu.
In Profile Settings, click Edit account.
Update your profile details, including your display name, phone number, and language preference.
Save your changes.
Your personal language setting affects only your own Claimlane interface. It does not change the default language for other users.
