Step-by-step guide
Open Settings Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Understand What Groups Represent
Groups can represent different segments of your organization, such as:
- Region (EU)
- Department (Warehouse)
- Return Handling (Responsibility)
For example, a Warehouse Manager might be part of a group that can view tickets but not edit them.
Add a New Group In the top-right corner of the Groups page, click Add Group to create a new one.
Create Groups and Link Members
After creating your groups, go to the Members section. From there, open the sub-menu Member Role Groups.
Assign Members to Groups In this section, you can link users to the groups you created earlier. This defines how the system identifies who belongs to each group, like a members list for each team.
Define Permissions Next, set up what each group can do. Here you decide which actions are allowed — for example, viewing, editing, or managing tickets.
Use Groups in Your Inbox Go to your Ticket Inbox, and you’ll find a Default Group dropdown. This allows you to switch between inboxes for different groups - making it easy to manage tickets by team or region.
