  1. Go to Settings → Brands (B2B).

  2. Select the brand you want to deactivate.

  3. Select Deactivate, or set its status to Inactive.

  4. Confirm.

Result: The brand is removed from active B2B flow options and should no longer be available for creating new B2B tickets.

Deactivate a self-service portal

Self-service portals are public through a link, so you can deactivate a portal by disabling what is accessible:

  1. In the portal settings, go to Channels.

  2. Deactivate or disable all channels for that portal.

  3. Remove the portal link from your website, emails, and other locations.

Result: The portal link may still exist, but it will not have active channels for end users.

Delete a self-service portal

  1. In the portal settings, go to Start Screen settings.

  2. Scroll to the bottom.

  3. Select Delete Flow.

Result: Customers will see no result when they access the old link.
