1. Go to your Company View
From the Claimlane inbox, navigate into your company view.
2. Open the Consumers tab
In the Consumers section, find the customer whose data you want to delete.
3. Remove personal data
Click on Remove personal data. This will permanently delete the selected customer’s personal data from Claimlane.
This feature makes it easy for you to handle customer data in a way that supports GDPR compliance and respects your customers’ privacy.
