Access Analytics in Claimlane

This article explains the requirements and steps needed to access the Analytics section in Claimlane.

Requirements

To view Analytics in Claimlane, you must be added as a member in your company view.

If you don’t have access, someone with company management permissions can add you by following the steps below.

Steps to Enable Access

  1. Open the Company Management page In your inbox, click the four-square icon at the top and select Manage company.

  2. Add members From the left-hand menu, click Members and add all users who should have access to Analytics.

  3. Access Analytics Once added as a member, you’ll see the Analytics option just below Members in the left-hand menu. Click it to access your analytics dashboard.
