Overview

Signatures are automatically appended to outbound messages sent from the Claimlane composer, ensuring consistent branding and professional communication with customers and suppliers.

How to Configure

  1. Go to Settings -> Chat Signature.

  2. Customize your text, links, formatting, and logo images.

  3. Select whether to apply the signature personal to your account or as default across the company.

  4. Click Save Changes.
