Outcome-based actions with integrations extend the same outcome logic to connected systems. When the warehouse selects an outcome, Claimlane can automatically trigger integration actions such as issuing a refund, creating a replacement order, or updating inventory in external systems.
The setup works the same way as standard outcome-based actions, but the resulting actions are executed through integrations configured in Claimlane. All actions run automatically when the outcome is selected.
