How to Change Your User Profile Settings in Claimlane

Update your name, phone number, and personal language preference in your Claimlane profile.

Follow these steps to update your personal profile information in Claimlane.

  1. From your main Claimlane inbox, click your store or account name in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Administer account from the menu.

  3. In Profile Settings, click Edit account.

  4. Update your profile details, including your display name, phone number, and personal language preference.

  5. Save your changes.

Your personal language setting affects only your own Claimlane interface. It does not change the default language for other users.
