Step-by-step guide
Open Settings. Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Understand what groups represent. Groups can represent different segments of your organization, such as:
Region, such as EU.
Department, such as Warehouse.
Return handling responsibility.
For example, a Warehouse Manager might be part of a group that can view tickets but not edit them.
Add a new group. In the top-right corner of the Groups page, click Add Group to create a new one.
Create groups and link members. After creating your groups, go to the Members section. From there, open the submenu Member Role Groups.
Assign members to groups. Link users to the groups you created. This defines which members belong to each team.
Define permissions. Set what each group can do, such as viewing, editing, or managing tickets.
Use groups in your inbox. Go to your Ticket Inbox and use the Default Group dropdown to switch between inboxes for different groups.
