As a retailer, how do I change contact info for suppliers?

Learn how to update a supplier’s contact email in Claimlane. If the supplier only works with your company, you can edit it directly; otherwise, you’ll need to contact Claimlane support for assistance.

Claimlane is an open B2B network, where suppliers work with multiple retailers. For that reason, contact information on a supplier can only be done by contacting [email protected].

How to change supplier email, if you are the only partner they work with?

If you have invited a supplier, and you are the only retailer working with that supplier, you can change the contact e-mail

  1. Go to Company Dashboard and select Supplier Overview

  2. Click Supplier Information

  3. If you can edit the contact details, click the pencil and edit

  4. If you cannot edit the email, multiple retailers work with the supplier. Please contact Claimlane.
